Partnerships

Kids on Course, a nonprofit program of the Zach Johnson Foundation, partners with Cedar Rapids Community School District to provide tutoring, enrichment, parent engagement, summer learning, and long-term mentoring. The program begins with students in elementary schools and follows them throughout their educational career.
